   Let’s buy this house. We’ll turn it into a summer home/studio. Grant can keep his red, plastic organ there, and we can make a planted cactus forest.

   It’ll be called the Homestead, obviously.

   I actually called that number to check on the price (with this in mind, of course) but had no idea of the address once I got an answer.

   Somewhere on Route 1?
