The Rasterbator is online tool that allows you to upload any image and get a halftone version as a nice clean multi-page PDF file (made to your size specifications). The PDF can then be printed out and assembled to make a wall hanging - a small .jpg from the web can effectively cover a very large wall.

It can even be done in color!

UPDATE: I wasn’t aware until someone pointed it out to me, but JPG Magazine has a Rasterbator photo challenge. Nonetheless, submit here if you make one (and if you haven’t noticed, it’s definitely cooler to document your masterpiece while you’re standing in front of it).
