Also looking for complete unopened packages w/gum, the box that came with the packages, uncut sheets of cards as well as signed cards. Hey again Dennis Tye, still trying to connect regarding the Mandel Baseball cards. Willing to work out trades if possible especially since it sounds like you have so many. Or if anyone else cares to share stories, trade cards, etc. I am always interested in this. I did notice Mike sold a complete set for about $2500. right around New Years I think it was on ebay. A good reason for never throwing anything away – I collected probably in excess of 500-600 of these cards. Still have them in my possession. I have at least one complete set plus 10+ unopened packages of cards complete with original pink gum. I also spent years collecting autographs of many of the photographers on their cards. I probably have 20-30 of the cards that are signed. Unfortunately not Imogen Cunningham’s because she passed away shortly after the cards were issued. If anyone has her card signed, I would love the hear from you for a possible trade.
